Today's challenge at Smudgefest is a twisted ATC so here is my shadow box ATC, you look at it, it looks at you. That is my weenie twist. The images are all from Smeared ink, stumpie grumpie, twisted grumpie and dandy is candy, the background is from deviant scrap.
I am also entering this into the smudgey antics challenge which is fussy cutting.
