The images are from a glam mermaid collection from Deviant Scrap which are overlapped on top of a picture of a lion fish that I took in the awesome Barcelona aquarium.

Tootles comes from Tootle pip a form of saying goodbye used around the 1930s, it is the the same as cherrio and leaveho. EE
