Here is my latest, isn't handsome? the main image is from Katezelkraft coupled with a die cut frame. I am letting him wander off to the following challenges.

I bought some Pebeo paints on Saturday and here is my first, rather seasonal attempt, at using them.

Down Under

 Greetings,

The less is more challenge is Down Under this week, I found this difficult. At first I made the Seahorse card below as I think of the great barrier reef when I think of the world of Oz, and it fitted with Down under the waves. However this didn't seem CAS enough.

So I then made this card below,

 The return of Flipper! Flipper and son! The stamp is from Hema, I have been lucky enough to go to Amsterdam twice in recent months and I adore the Hema shop (they have one in Stanstead airport!) The sea was created with Dylusions sprays.

Dangerous Mustache

Good day,

This is an experiment into dangerous mustaches and layering. The main image is by Brett Weld which I colored and then used a coy water pen to give a more sketched look. The background is stamped with several different stamps and stencils.

I then added a Tim Holtz die cut (new gift for Christmas) behind the figure using my craft knife to cut round the figure. I mounted the image on black to make it stand out then on a stamped background that I had half misted to vary the look of the writing. The tittle is cut out of an old dictionary.

I am sneaking this into Left of center challenges - lots of layers.
and Anything but cute - ring out the old bring the new (new die cut.)

Good day,

I had such fun creating this, I learned a new technique, painting with a credit card and then added the die cut and the dictionary quote. The paint were some new Dylusion paints that I was lucky enough to be given at Christmas.
