I am a tad obsessive over my scraps of paper, I really like making these little collections. This one had a gorgeous old sticker added ( had to be glued on and held in place with pegs as kept falling off.) The congratulations stamp is a freebie from making cards magazine.
I am entering this little lovely into the following challenges.
