Dearest Minions good day,
Today I was lucky enough to go an exhibition on ball gowns at the V & A, it was exceptional. If you have the chance to go grasp it, with the tenicity of a traffic warden fining a ford feista which has acidentially parked in the wrong place (yes I did not see any signs at all and thought it was ok to park there... so wrong..) anyway the exhibition is beautiful and inspiring and if you are interested in design clothes a must see.
I struggled with this week's less is more challenge of paper piecing, as it is not something that I normally do. However after seeing some beautiful pink creations at the V&A, I decided to give it a go with some new papers I have bought - Almanac by Prima. I am not a massive pink fan and have not used pale pinks on stampotique beauties before; so I am also entering this for the stampotique challenge this week which is thinking outside the box. And creative inspirations anything goes... beacuase I CAN! (and my feet hurt.)
I think the sentiment should be said as a mantra, as feeling glam is as important as a great pair of shoes when stuff is being strutted.
