Good day,
I had such fun creating this, I learned a new technique, painting with a credit card and then added the die cut and the dictionary quote. The paint were some new Dylusion paints that I was lucky enough to be given at Christmas.
I am entering this into the following challenges:
Less is more - Silhouettes
Try it on Tuesday - Silhouettes
Sisterhood of Snark - new technique
Tootles

Putting paint on a credit card is one way to spend less on crafting supplies... :D And as an extra added bonus, you get a cool painted panel to stamp on! Beautiful card. Thanks for joining the fun at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers!
WOW! Striking and FANTASTIC EE! Loving that clever and beautiful background and thanks so much for playing along at Less is More this week. Sarah
Lovely colours, EE - and also intrigued about the technique (too lazy to google - is the paint all spread about with the credit card?!)
Julie :o)
Lovely piece! Thanks for sharing it with us at TioT.
How do you paint with a credit card? I'm guessing that you use the hard edge of it to smoosh the colours on a craft mat, to get those lines? It's made for a stunning background

Fab background for your silhouette, EE.
Very stylish make
Thank you so much

I love my Dylusions paints. Give them a misting of water before you close them back up (Dyan told me). Your card is super fab and sophisticated. Thanks for playing along with the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers for our "T" is for Technique challenge!
Wonderful project, thanks for joining us at TIOT, and good to see you around again! Valerie
Gorgeous rich colours!
