yorkshire hills

Greetings,

this is a card for a friend who lives in yorkshire and loves walking. He calls the vertical slopes, hills, I am from Suffolk  and strongly disagree! (we are rather flat in our landscape.) This card is made using a sloped card, a tim Holtz die cut using time holtz krazt resist paper, my dearest peg stamps for the lettering and a heart from the Santoro Mirabelle stickers collection.

I am entering this to the following challenges
less is more - use die cuts
that's crafty - use kraft paper/card
Amusing challenges - anything goes

I also want to share a few photos that I took today.

What a fun card based on God's own county! Reminds me of an ex-boyfriend of my daughter's who was from the Cheshire plain and complained of neck ache with all the looking up when he came to visit!

True - you don't realise how flat it is here in Suffolk until you start to travel around, that's why we have such big skies!

Genius card - love those steep hills and that it's tailored to the recipient, bet he had a right chuckle (in best Yorkshire accent!) when he received it.
