Frosty owls

Dearest Minions,

Here is my latest offering for the less is more challenge- use birds. (The pun is strong in this one...) I am trying to make Christmas cards at the mo, but world domination is manic at the mo and I haven't had as much craft time as I would like (24hrs per day with napping, cheesecake and possibly noodles for variation.)

The stamp is stampotique, sentiment peg letter stamps, background a mask and distress inks, blended and sprayed with water. I then made my own embossing powder with clear powder, diamond dust and a tiny bit of white powder, it really gleams like frost.

I am also spreading my wings on the following challenges:

Jolly Holly Christmas challenge blog - one for the boys lots of male bird watchers about.
Through the craft room door -anything goes
Cards for men- anything goes

white on white winter card

Dearest Minions,

Greetings this a white on white xmas card, using memory box die a circle and scrap of paper not to shabby, although I did a smudge on the stag (gggrrrrr) so it is whitish on white. Anyway this is my DT piece for the ever wonderful TIOT. I am also entering this to Less is more - designer paper as the deer are made with a beautiful flocked card/papers from my mind's eye.

brights! TIOT

Greetings,

This is my DT piece for the latest TIOT challenge which is brights/seasonal colours. This is a really simple card. I used my new lushious hero art stamp- over exposed trees- and then coloured over it with various distress ink. I will grandly name it "firework tree." like totally warhol darlink!

We would love to see your designs, so please go mental with colour.

I am also entering this into:
less is more -black with a splash of brights
card mania- anything goes
purple haze challenge blog -anything goes
