some day my mad professor will come..

Greetings,

Welcome to the wonderful world of bad weather. Here is my Edwardian mutant fresh to do my bidding.

She is a wonderful Lost coast stamp stamped on to patterned card, sorry can not remember the maker of the card. She looks like she is wishing for a mad professor and rather reminds me of my excellent book, which I am readings at the mo, the changeless -the parasol protectorate by Gail Carriger.

I am entering her into the pans pastel challenge which is make it Blue
Coffee chocolate and cards anything goes
Inspire me fridays anything goes

Hope you are all well and warm..

Autumn colours

Greetings,

I have had a really productive weekend. This is one of the cards I made , I am entering this into the Less is more challenge which is a colour challenge -Rust and Dark Green.

I mixed the inks on the stamp so that it created a dappled effect, the arch was made from a old book page (mass marketed book) painted with concrete paperartsy fresco paint, mounted on textured dark green card.

I loved the effect so much I made these cards as well.
I am entering these into the following challenges
Craft room challenges - trees and leaves
LRJ designs- autumn colours
the corrosive challenge blog- all about fall

In Bloom

Greetings!

This is my piece for Try it on Tuesday, our challenge is  handmade flowers.

These scarlet beauties are made from tissue paper packaging which was die cut with Tim Holtz tattered floral. I then scrunced the tissue paper and put a brad throught the middle. they make a great crunchie sound when you squeeze them.

The package is the new Biffy Clyro CD which I bought for a friend, the image is from create with TLC and the sentiment from Ginger's house, the heart is from calico crafts and the black lace is from my local market. The leaf is another Tim Holtz die cut.

Look forward to seeing you enteries.

I would also like to enter this into Smudgy antics challenge this fortnight which is use an embellishment.
