Santa Elf of Doom

Dearest Minions,

This is my new Santa elf of doom. (The Octopode factory's scarecrow) the hat is from my lost coast Mona Lisa in Santa hat stamp, coloured with provo markers and the background is the carol the holly and the ivy, printed in the font bleeding cowboy on acetate.

I think that this is rather suitable for the new ocotopode challenge which is words and the artistic stamper challenge this month which is anything goes.

watch the strange freaky birdie

Dearest Minions,

This is my strange freaky clockwork bird chap, made with hot picks and water colour pencils which were misted to give the strange glowy effect.

These are my wing'd minons, imagine the poops they can do on cars!

Christmas Sparkle DT

Greetings,

This is my main card for Christmas, the stamp is from Lost Coast designs via happy daze and the quote is from George Carlin. The card does have a small twinkly heart, but I think that the dancers are called reindeer names like Trixie, Sparkle and JoJo,  hence my non traditional Christmas Sparkle card for the current Try It On Tuesday Challenge.

Who needs snow when you have three wild, ginger beer drinking, glam dames?

I look forward to seeing your entries.

Monster Christmas

Dearest Minions,

This is my monster Card. I used baby Cthulu by Stampotique and the free stamper from this month's craft stamper, the merry Christmas stamp is another freebie from a mag it is made by HOTP.

I am entering this in to CASual Fridays which is a blue Christmas scene and Less is More challenge which is to use hardware, hence the star brads and ATCs & Cards with attitude anything goes winter or autumn.

Memory - TIOT

Dear Minions,

Greeting this is my entry to this weeks Try It On Tuesday which is memories. I love this quote, "Memory is the mother of all wisedom."

The image is an acetate image on top on gesso which has been coloured with water colour pencils (which I got out of Craft Stamper mag in Nov.) I love old fresco texture, it's given the image.

birthday time

Dearest Minions,

This is yet another card made with the paper artsy Lynn Perrelli stamps. I made it for a male friend who I don't know that well so I did a theme of time and metal. do you think that the male face looks a bit like Mordred from Merlin?
Inside I made the octopodlet of birthdays.
